Carateu Birthday Diamond Giveaway — Official Rules
1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Carateu AB, Org. no: 559522-5144 based in Stockholm, Sweden.
2. Prize
The prize is one loose lab grown diamond:
1.05 carat oval lab grown diamond
E colour
VS1 clarity
Certified by GCAL with an 8X cut grade
The prize is the certified loose diamond only. It does not include a ring setting or jewellery mounting.
The prize includes insured FedEx shipping from Sweden to any eligible location in the European Union, Switzerland or Norway.
Winners in Switzerland or Norway may be responsible for any local import duties, customs fees or taxes.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
3. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of the European Union, Switzerland and Norway who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
One entry per person.
Fake accounts, giveaway-only accounts, duplicate entries, automated entries or entries that do not meet the requirements may be disqualified.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens when the official giveaway post is published on Carateu’s Instagram account.
Entries close on 26 July 2026 at 23:59 CET.
The winner will be announced on 27 July 2026 on Carateu’s Instagram account and contacted by direct message.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps:

Tag two friends in the comments of the giveaway post

Comment what they would do with the oval diamond if it was theirs
All steps must be completed before the giveaway closes.
6. Private Accounts
If your Instagram account is private, Carateu may not be able to verify your follow or Story share.
Private accounts should send Carateu a direct message with a screenshot showing that they follow @carateu:official and have completed the entry steps, so the entry can be verified.
This screenshot will only be used for giveaway verification.
7. How the Winner Is Chosen
This is a judged giveaway, not a random draw.
The winner will be chosen by Raiha and the Carateu team based on the quality and sincerity of the answer to the question:
“What would you do with this oval if it was yours?”
After the winning answer is selected, Carateu will verify that all entry steps were completed.
The decision is final.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced on 27 July 2026 on Carateu’s Instagram account and contacted by direct message.
The winner must reply within 72 hours of being contacted.
If the winner does not reply within 72 hours, cannot be verified, is not eligible, or does not comply with these rules, Carateu may choose a new winner.
9. Shipping
The prize will be shipped insured via FedEx from Sweden to the winner’s eligible address in the European Union, Switzerland or Norway.
Carateu is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, customs processing, incorrect delivery details provided by the winner, or circumstances outside Carateu’s control.
Winners in Switzerland or Norway may be responsible for any local import duties, customs fees or taxes.
10. Personal Data
Entries are made on Instagram through comments, tags, follows and Story shares, and are subject to Instagram’s own platform settings and privacy terms.
Carateu does not download, export or store participant data from Instagram for marketing purposes as part of this giveaway.
Carateu may review public entries on Instagram to administer the giveaway, verify entry steps, and choose the winning answer.
If your account is private and you send Carateu a direct message with a screenshot for verification, Carateu will use that screenshot only to verify your entry.
Carateu will only request additional personal data from the selected winner, such as full name, delivery address, phone number and email address, where needed to verify eligibility and arrange insured delivery of the prize.
Winner delivery details may be shared with FedEx and any relevant service providers only where necessary to ship the prize.
11. Public Announcement
By entering, participants understand that if they win, Carateu may announce their Instagram handle as the winner on Carateu’s Instagram account and related giveaway communications.
Carateu will not publicly share the winner’s full name, address, email address or phone number.
12. General Conditions
Carateu reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, automated, misleading, or in breach of these rules.
Carateu may cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, platform restrictions, legal requirements, or circumstances outside Carateu’s control.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok or Meta.
By entering, participants release Instagram, TikTok and Meta from any responsibility connected with this giveaway.
