Please make sure any Google Drive or Dropbox links are accessible to anyone with the link. Inspiration images are used as a creative reference; we will develop an original Carateu design rather than reproduce another designer’s work exactly.

Please provide at least 80 characters. Specific requests help us assess feasibility and prepare an accurate quotation.

Fully custom rings normally require 3–5 weeks for production following CAD approval. Additional time is required for design, approval, verification and delivery.

6. Final information

Custom-made goods produced to an approved individual specification are generally excluded from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faults or non-conformity. The terms applicable to your order will be provided before purchase.

We review each submission individually. Suitable projects will normally receive next steps or a personalised quotation within 2–4 working days.
