How long does it take for my diamond to arrive?

Most diamonds arrive at our Stockholm office within 7 to 10 working days.

Once received, our gemologist verifies the stone before shipping to you via fully insured FedEx delivery (typically 1 to 3 working days within Europe).
What is included with my purchase?

Every diamond includes:

  • The certified loose diamond
  • The original grading certificate (IGI or GIA)
  • Secure, insured packaging from Sweden
How do you know the diamond is real?

We only work with with trusted suppliers of certified diamonds. In addition, we verify every diamond in-house in Stockholm. This includes:

  • Matching the laser-inscribed certificate number on the diamond to the official grading report
  • Inspecting the stone under professional magnification
  • Ensuring it matches the listed specifications before shipment
What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the diamond for a refund.
Are diamonds insured during shipping?

Yes. Every shipment is fully insured and sent via FedEx. We require a signature upon delivery for security.
Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?

No. All prices are VAT-inclusive for EU customers, with no hidden import fees. For Norwegian clients, 25% is removed at checkout as they need to report and pay VAT to their local government.

Can I see the diamond before it is shipped?

We are happy to ask our suppliers to provide a video of the diamond before purchase - unfortunately they are not always able to oblige. However after purchase and once the diamond is with us in Stockholm, we are always pleased to provide clients

Are your diamonds lab-grown or natural?

We offer both lab-grown and natural diamonds, all fully certified and clearly labeled.
What happens after I place an order?

After your order:

  1. We secure the diamond from our supplier
  2. It is delivered to our Stockholm office
  3. Our gemologist verifies the stone
  4. It is shipped to you fully insured
Can I reserve a diamond before purchasing?

Yes. We can temporarily reserve a diamond for you while you decide. Simply contact our concierge service. Availability is limited, so we recommend acting quickly.
